Pre-assessment / Specification

Working with the home user, their family, care providers and commissioning team as appropriate, we assess needs and listen to wishes so that we can specify finishes, fixtures, fittings and technology in each home to safely support independence and provision of care reflecting each homeowner’s choices.

Planning and Project Management

ADS offers a full service with the capability to manage the entire process; from site assessment including site finding and acquisition where necessary, the planning application process and obtaining all the relevant consents for construction, delivery and installation. We can also work with site owners to deliver Smile Homes® as part of larger developments.

Aftercare

Running a home can be a challenge so ADS can provide support not only as part of the handover following installation but also to help maintain the home, its data and systems. Because Smile Homes® are modular we can also remove and relocate homes if the occupier needs to move elsewhere or remanufacture if homes are no longer needed; all part of the sustainability of our innovative solution.
