David Adams

David Adams is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked in property for 30 years principally in development. He is the founder of Adams Group Real Estate and co-founder of ADS Independent Living Solutions.

His property experience includes private partnerships with NHS Trusts and the Ministry of Justice and various commercial and residential projects across the UK and Channel Islands.

With family and friends with disabilities, mental health issues and long-term conditions, his focus is on understanding needs, leading delivery of projects and research & development. He undertook and completed MOOC’s through University of Derby, successfully completing modules on Autism Spectrum and ADHD and Hyperkinetic Disorder.

Sally Adams

Sally Adams is a Chartered Physiotherapist, member of the Health Care Professional Council and co-founder of ADS Independent Living Solutions.

Formerly a paediatric intensive care specialist in charge of the service at Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Trust she continues to work part-time at The Chiltern Hospital. Sally is experienced in assessing needs of children and young adults with a range of life changing conditions, rehabilitation and orthopaedic related mobility conditions. Sally’s focus is designing and managing pre-assessments, social media and market research.
